My Peace

The Lord will give strength unto His people.
The Lord will bless His people with peace.

From Day to Day

I wrote this song when I worked at Wal-Mart as a cashier. I was not scanning fast enough. The manager told me I was "losing money." I always took time to bag things carefully too. So I wrote this song, and when I sang it to myself, I scanned really fast!

I can do all things through my God who strengthens me,
For His strength is made perfect in my weakness.
I will call unto God for my help from day to day,
For He hears my cries and meets my every need.

He is the great I AM, Jehovah God, El Shaddiah.
Nothing is impossible for Him.
His is the name above all names, in heaven and on earth.
There is power in the mighty name of God.

Jesus gives me love, joy and peace from day to day.
I will praise God and give Him thanks in everything.
The Holy Spirit of my God leads me day by day,
As He brings to my remembrance things of God.

Hide me in Thy secret place,
Under the shadow of Thy wings,
